Attitudes to transport in London
London
Transport wanted to understand the scope for effective
marketing and information campaigns within Transport for London (TfL) transport strategy. They commissioned consultancy
Llewelyn Davies to research attitudes to all modes of transport in London. A series of stakeholder interviews were undertaken. The
focus of the research was on what attitudinal levers could be used to
encourage shifts between modes in London.
The attached pdf gives the main findings.
